Strawberry Knots At The Festival In The Village
Our First Village Event At The New Location
We had our first experience with a 'special event' in Olde Mistick Village. Last weekend was the Strawberry Festival. Lots of visitors in our shop and everywhere really. In addition to all the shops in the village, there were lots of vendors with tents and food trucks. And strawberries!
A few days before the event a couple of our artisans were scrambling to come up with some strawberry knots. And of course they did. The parts were created and then assembled the day before.

We had steady traffic, many people getting their sailor bracelets for summer. Then someone asked if we had any strawberry key chains so Jill whipped a bunch up!

Lucky for us there was a food truck parked right in front of the shop.
