We've moved, now visible from Route 95, our artisans are minutes off the highway.  No more parking nightmare, no more local traffic, unless you count the ducks that walk around inside the village.

Matt and Jill moved their retail store from the 'Lighthouse Building' to the Olde Mistick Village.  Ironically, we are no overlooking the same street as my Grandfather's shop did back when he opened to the public back in 1957.

As of May 2026, Mystic Knotwork is simpler to find, take Route 95, Exit 90 and drive to the front of the Olde Mistick Village.

As always, we make what we sell, and when you visit our new shop at the corner of the Olde Mistick Village, you will be able to enjoy some of our families knotwork history, the work we've made, but most importantly, meet the artisans and together you can design your favorite bracelets just like you can at our workshop still in Downtown Mystic.

Why did we move one of our shops out of Downtown Mystic?  That's simple, PARKING and EXPERIENCE.  After 12 years in Downtown Mystic, that small area of our great town is in transition.  The towns that were aligned for over a hundred years have shifted to create an environment difficult for tourism businesses to thrive.  Without going into details of tourism politics, the Olde Mistick Village is MUCH more accessible and has none of the tension of Downtown Mystic.  Moving half of our work out of the crucible allows us to focus more on serving you and slowly creating a more fun experience.

The tone and personality of the Olde Mistick Village is an amazing creative space.  We hope you make this your new home for nautical knots.

Olde Mistick Village is the place to grow, and network with other amazing shops and restaurants to create a memorable village experience.
