Shipping ranges from $3.50 and up depending on service provider and method you choose. Shipping is based on weight, distance, and shipper. USPS First class is the most budget minded choice while faster options are available.
We package all our work to ensure they arrive in the same pristine condition we shipped them. Each handmade knot is sealed against moisture and shipped using padded mailers or other protective packaging. We take pride in our work and want to take no risks as they travel to you. Upon arrival, please check the knotwork. Make sure it fits, works for you, and you are happy with our knots.
If, for some reason, your knots do not hold up as expected, we would appreciate the feedback and will refund for return within the first 90 days. Event favors and decorations are returnable on a case by case basis, though we will gladly exchange if something is not to your satisfaction.
In order to satisfy the law enacted by Brussels, on June 27, 2021, we are no longer permitted to ship our handmade goods to Europe. There is nothing else we can do to comply with their regulations, so please contact your elected or appointed officials for more information.
Keep in mind that countries outside the United States often charge a VAT, tariff, or other delivery charges outside our control and outside the ability of UPS or USPS to calculate. Please check with your regional tax professionals with any questions.
