October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month so members of the Downtown Mystic Merchants Association have joined together to "Paint the Town Pink." Merchants are decorating their shops and raising money with special offers throughout the month. The funds that are raised will go to the Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation (TBBCF). "TBBCF is a non-profit group committed to fighting breast cancer by directing 100% of gross fundraising dollars directly to breast cancer research. Administrative costs are either sponsor supported or volunteer provided."

At Mystic Knotwork, we are donating $1.00 for every pink item we sell this month. We're happy to say, we've collected over $200.00 so far and we still have over a week to go!

We wanted to share some photos with you from the shop and some of the activities we've been involved with.

If you'd like to participate in the fundraiser, this link will take you to all the items we currently have available in pink.

Thank you Mystic Knotworks for ‘paining the town pink’ and everywhere else too. Such a needed and important cause and a small way for us Mystic customers to say we’re in the fight against breast cancer, wherever we live. What a sincere tribute to all those who are presently in that fight, may God be with you and give you healing peace and to those families who have suffered loss….may God also give you peace.
