I recently bought a new fancy camera that I have no clue how to use. I figured the best way to learn is to just use it! Some of my wonderful neighbors have graciously allowed me to practice taking pictures in their shops, with their models, and even on their boats! Here are a few pictures of my trial by fire.
Rochelles's Boutiques was the first to let me take a shot. I felt like a real fashion photographer with their lovely models! They have two locations in Mystic, 11 Cottrell St., and 42 West Main St. If any of these outfits catch your fancy, they also have a website.
Next up was Adore. They are located at 26 West Main St. Rick and Deb travel the world to find unique and really cool gifts, home decor and artwork. Their items complemented our knots so well. They also have a website if you can't make it to Mystic.
On a cold and blustery April day, we were invited aboard the Mystic Pearl, the newest addition to the Mystic Harbor Cruise Lines. The Mystic Pearl is a 74 foot, gaff rigged traditional steel hull schooner. The fleet also includes two river boats, Prudence and Patience.
Thanks for taking a look. If you do come to Downtown Mystic stop by our Cottrell St. workshop and I'll take your picture!
